Triple Berry Crisp
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
4 tablespoons white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing large bowl, mix carefully blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and white sugar. Set the mixture aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Fold in butter until the mix resembles a crumbly mix. Compact half of the mix in the bottom of a 9x13 (or comparable size) inch pan. Cover top of crumble mix with berries. Evenly sprinkle remaining crumble mix over top of the berries.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until crumble mix is golden brown or fruit is bubbly.
